In the process of saponification, 18 - 25% glycerin is naturally produced, therefore, handmade soaps have mild moisturizing effect. In order to completely saponify the sodium hydroxide, handmade soaps need to be placed for two months until the PH quality reached to degree 8~9, then you can use it freely and happily on your skin.
